WestCoast Challenge: Financial Update

Our 2015 General fund fiscal year-end closed with a deficit of $4393, which was better than the earlier estimated deficit of $11,113. The reason being that the actual contribution from the More Than Legacy III (MTL3) was more than anticipated. As you may know, half of the donation to the MTL3 is earmarked for operation use while the other half is left for long term investment.

At the end of 2016 first quarter, the income for General fund is 5% behind budget whereas the expense is 1% more than budget.
