Will you partner with our family of churches/church plants in praying for these things the week of August 25, 2018:

We are thankful for over 40 who attended the Korean Pastor’s Family summer camp at Cultus Lake this summer.  We are thankful for this time of sharing and encouragement for those who were able to participate.  May the fellowship continue to grow and be multiplied.

We are thankful for the partners who came from Washington State to assist the Westlynn Baptist Church that saw their sports camp touching many in the community. We are also thankful for the efforts of our Texas partners providing an afternoon for the wives of our planters.

We are praying for those in our province who are battling some of the worst fires in history.  Pray for rain to come for an extended time in order that the air quality can improve for those at great risk as well as for the destructive power of these fires can be stopped.

We are praying for the Summer Youth Celebration which will launch with the departure of buses from Vancouver carrying over 100 campers from several of the churches from the WestCoast Baptist Association.  Pray for the speakers and their families as they make the trip to the camp.  Pray for the spiritual preparation of each of the over 30 leaders who will be guiding the experience of the young people.  Pray for the power of God’s presence to be evident to each person as they make decisions to take the next step on their missions’ journey.

We are praying for the university and college campuses as students begin to return for classes.  Pray for the collegiate churches seeking to engage the campus with the Gospel. Pray specifically this week for Suzanne Perry as she begins making contacts with international students.  Pray for the leaders of Origin and The Point as they begin one of the most critical seasons of engagement on each of their campuses.
